Today when I checked out the man who took care of me was very nice, efficient and helpful. He was finishing moving a truck, but saw me and came over to say he’ll be right with me. Then he helped me and joked with me and we laughed a little. He was obviously busy and doing a lot, but made me feel like I was important and took the time needed with me. My small storage cube was just the right size for what i needed. It was nice not needing to rent a whole storage unit.
