The employees have no clue what they're doing. One time I paid my bill and she told me that there was not a late payment lock on my Unit when there clearly was. The bad thing is there were 3 veteran employees that acknowledged this misinformation being administered to me and chose not to correct the employee on what anyone knows that rents storage at U-Haul. I used it for 5 and a half years and had one issue, but it was handled and I was notified and small was well. Good employees and service
