I like the place, Damien is super friendly and goes above and beyond.
The staff who runs the Ogden facility on Wall Ave. are the best group of people... not only are they always helping customers but they are kind and friendly, even after the end of the day.
We rented a truck from U-Haul and received a 10’ x 10’ storage unit for one-month free. Since we made two trips from our origin state to our new home state, the free month of storage was ideal for keeping our stuff between trips. The facility was clean and we had access to our stuff at hours we needed. They provided us with a free lock when we checked in and got to keep the lock when we checked out. I used the app to check in and check out. It was easy to do and very convenient. I’d definitely use them again.
IV had self storage for a while now and they are so fast to lock your shed when your late the end of work day on the day it's due but they left my shed locked for a whole month that was paid for I went through hell trying to get it unlocked it took me a month and a few days then I asked the manager to call me no call still I would really recommend going anywhere else this place is a joke and they absolutely show that your money is more important then their customers I had a whole paid month I couldn't get my belongings and n... read more
The employees have no clue what they're doing. One time I paid my bill and she told me that there was not a late payment lock on my Unit when there clearly was. The bad thing is there were 3 veteran employees that acknowledged this misinformation being administered to me and chose not to correct the employee on what anyone knows that rents storage at U-Haul.
