All was good, but my only complaint would be having to get a "blue key" every time I needed to get into my unit outside. The office hours were inconvenient for that. I'd recommended maybe doing a coded lock box or something to deal with the blue keys in the future. When I had the inside storage though, everything was great. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I only left due to the blue key thing, but other than that, all was great.

The employees have no clue what they're doing. One time I paid my bill and she told me that there was not a late payment lock on my Unit when there clearly was. The bad thing is there were 3 veteran employees that acknowledged this misinformation being administered to me and chose not to correct the employee on what anyone knows that rents storage at U-Haul. If your late. You don't have access to your storage. Needless to say a former employee on his last day, stayed and let me into my unit. Which is the only reason I give 3... read more
