Very poor customer service online and on the phone took three hours just to rent a storage unit only to find out that go to the store to actually rent it not only did they not document but we had rented the storage unit at any time somebody could rent it out, my unit without me, knowing through all my stuff out, not knowing how to contact us because they did not put us on when I called To let them know that I no longer needed the storage unit they could not find my account. It was not registered to us
No office staff onsite but still secure and gated. Recommend a dumpster on location.
