Rental was very smooth. I was very impressed with the employee who was multilingual and very knowledgeable and helpful. Hands down my best experience with U-Haul ever. Highly recommend the Sixth Avenue Facility. I wasn’t impressed with the amount of parking places while renting and that was a nightmare and very frustrating but I can’t hold anyone but the other customers there at the time responsible because they were truly the issue.
Staff were so friendly and helpful it made renting the storage unit easy.
Everyone there was extremely accommodating and helpful. Derrick and Adam went above and beyond in helping me get a truck rental and storage unit in a very quick manner.
