Facility is extremely clean and organized. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Super easy to move in.
Love the alarm security, cameras everywhere and well lit halls. I felt safe coming and going alone. Also, staff are all hard working and professional. There were no issues with my things getting wet or damaged. The temp controlled environment was also very much appreciated. They have units of all sizes, too. I needed a little 5x10x12 for a while and it was perfect.
I’d like to recognize the front desk (Cashier) staff whom assisted me on yesterday (9/4) Her last name was “Baca” in which her first name escapes me. She was a total sweetheart to say the least. She gave EXCELLENT customer service. She was friendly, hospitable, Understanding to my needs & concerns & finally was VERY patient with me in answering all of my questions.
