Clean, convenient, and organized U-Haul location with excellent staff. Lorraine's customer service stood out to me as one of the best experiences I've had with any company representative. She is very kind, patient, resourceful, and has so much aloha. I previously used the self-check in to rent a a moving truck, but she made the whole process faster and easier.
