The folks at the front desk who helped us with check in for our new storage unit and the van rental were incredibly nice and helpful! Both the storage unit and van were clean and looked well maintained. Great experience overall!
Our day was chaos, we had to get a bigger unit but Fern was so incredibly kind and helpful with the whole process, she even helped us maneuver our mattress to the unit. 💯 would use again.
