My move-in experience at U-Haul Moving & Storage Of Elizabeth was excellent! The staff were very helpful, professional, and made the entire process easy and seamless for me and my crew of movers. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and their customer service really stood out. I would definitely book with them again and use this location in the future. Highly recommend!
The same women who helped me open a storage unit and rent a truck ended up being the same lady to check me out when I was done, I didn’t end up getting her name but she did an amazing job explaining everything and helping me out. She was very patient, friendly and helpful. I would definitely discuss a promotion or bonus. She is a pillar to this location and business.
