Aside from the U-HAUL app being a bit buggy and convoluted (in my opinion), the 2 years of storage went smoothly.
I rented a unit at this facility for many years. Life showed up and I had a few late pays but this U-Haul location was ALWAYS willing to work with me and continuously showed me excellent customer service on every call. I HIGHLY recommend the U-Haul Moving & Storage on Thornton Ave in Fremont.
