Rented truck and got storage unit customer service and sales personnel was so very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Want to send Big Hugs Lots of Love and Prayers to them and Crystal. I apologize I forgot your name, but I should have remembered it being that your warm heart, smile, kindness and care shines so brightly like a Crystal or Diamond in the rough the staff that are there with you are a perfect dynamic with there strong, firm, but welcoming and warm. This location was very helpful and willing to help address me the best way possible in the mist of unexpected situation. I wouldn't recommend any others places to go in Ohio but this one. They won't disappoint, thank-you so much for everything I really appreciated your kind service.
I feel there should be a light inside the actually storage room itself so we could see better moving things in and out
I rented a space for over two years and had zero issues. The facility was always clean and well maintained. The back loading dock made it very convenient. I hope to never have to put my stuff in storage again but if I did, I would certainly use U-Hail.
