I called this number to hire someone to fix my dryer they connected me with ProFix. The person on the phone said the diagnosis will be $40. But after 10 mins the guy came asking for $220. I told him why he didn’t discuss it with me first. He opened my dryer and took the main electric board with him. Is it even possible to do such a big scam running a business? Someone please help! Make sure not to let this guy in your house. He stole the control board from my dryer and left.
