DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! I had rented a unit from them for the past 4 years. Costing $150 per month! I live in Texas and had not been able to check on my property. This month I began to remove my items, and found out their units LEAK. My mattress /box springs that were covered in Plastic are now ruined. 3 beds with Mold and Mildew on all of them also the tops of several antique dressers are now destroyed. Used Self Stor of Andover for about 6 months from early summer to this past November. All I can say is they were absolutely fantastic and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone who is looking for a storage unit in the area. Had a bit of a special circumstance toward the end, and to say the owner was accommodating would be an understatement.
