Did not know the cut off time to take your dog a bath was 6:30 pm I got there at 6:38 and they told me I could not use the baths for my dog. I wish it was posted somewhere, I do not live close to the serve serve pet spa..
Brought our two dogs, large breed. The soap is very watered down had to have them fill it twice. The lady behind the register is not too friendly she seemed a little irritated so I mostly tried to communicate with the younger girl she was very nice.
Staff was more than helpful on what to recommend and their explanation of the process. Will definitely be coming back when needed!

Was able to give my little bubbas a nice bath and he couldn't have been happier. I wish we had more spots like this in Bakersfield!
