I was driving from San Jose to Daly City and needed a quick self service wash. I found this place on the Waze app. This place seems to get busy. I didn't have to wait in line long. The foam soap seems to be good quality. My car is still looking clean and shiny.
The cleaning brush damaged and scratched up the whole outside of my trunk and other areas of my car. I’m so upset I even payed for this, the owner owes me a full buff and paint job on my car I’m going to report this to BBB. This is completely unacceptable! Why would they even offer this cleaning brush with thick bristles instead of something that won’t scratch it. Thanks for damaging my car! This place should be out of business. The car wash itself was great, but as soon as I finished washing my car, an employee of the car wash came by with a leaf blower in the dirt patch of a yard around the parking lot and covered my car in dust. I had just spent $20 to thouroughly wash my car and I did not appreciate that the car wash employee immediately got it all dirty again. I wash my car weekly, get a hold of me to talk about a refund and use a broom and rake for grounds keeping instead of a leaf blower and you will have a regularly returning customer.
