I used them for my clients home, we were under contract and due to close with in a week! We needed the septic pumped and a clean out to be installed! These guys came out and went above and beyond the did an excellent job and although the job took most their day they stayed and made sure to have everything working properly before they left! John is a rockstar, that's all I have to say. Hired this company to repair my service line to the house (meter-to-line connection) and he was able to get to it pretty quick.

I called multiple plumbers because I was having sewer issues. Self Plumbing came out in a timely fashion. I ask questions bc I want to understand what's going on. The guys took their time in answering my questions. Didn't make me feel dumb. (Some people/places will.) I will be calling them again in the future. Also, Nedra, was awesome to deal with. It took 3 weeks for a plumber to check sump pump, plumber came out and saw the sump pump wasn't engaging so he vacuumed out water and debris and then filled the hole back up halfway with water and noticed the sump pump did not kick in on its own so he lifted up the float to force the sump pump to work. Tried to call them back in to actually fix the issue but the secretary just claimed they fixed the issue and starting arguing instead of offering to send a person to check it out again.
