I reached out to Self-Maid Cleaning Service in quite a frantic and desperate need of their services and I believe I'd called after "Business" hours and it seemed within a matter of minutes I was receiving a return text. Kristen was out with her daughter watching her Cheerleading game and yet she was very attentive and compassionate about the message I'd left and took time away from family to follow-up.
