I've been with Stella for a year and a half now and let me tell you, she is AMAZING! She has guided me thru my highs and lows throughout this journey. She creates this safe space, even via zoom, for me to put the mask down and just be myself. Every session is met with compassion, love, understanding and empathy. She also has a holistic approach which is what initially drew me to her. If what you read, resonates with what you want out of a therapist, make that appointment!!!

Stella has been a big help in my life . I never had the courage to talk to any one about my problems or opening up to any one . It’s difficult to express how much Stella has helped me over the past year. I’d been diagnosed w CPTSD and was struggling with life in general.
