This is another gem of public support of the City of San Francisco. The staff and Ms. Shaun friendly, expedient and professional. I am glad that I got help from them. Thank you so much for helping others and me.

This place I went for a Orientation.. 722 Sacramento st.. They are very rude… Particularly the heavier set tall american-asian guy with tattoos on his right arm seems racist. There was a older black gentleman who had to use the bathroom and to my shock at the place that they care for the elderly and the disabled they refused him access to the bathroom…he was just a normal guy with disabilities and he was treated like a dog. Jackie Chan is an awful place. Ivy and Amy pressures seniors to donate and they’re mean about it. I told them donate means voluntary, obviously this word isn’t in their vocabulary. I complained to the head honcho she gave me a guilt trip that the funds are short and will be closing the centers. So what, it doesn’t justify the staff to DEMAND we have to donate.
