RecommendedI absolutely love Self Creek. I’ve been taking my pup there for over a year and they have been amazing. She doesn’t panic when she goes which is a big plus for me. Usually she fights me when we walk into a vets office but she loves her friends at Self Creek.
Self creek is a great place to take your animals! I have been to self creek veterinary clinic many times and each visit has been very pleasant. My Goldendoodle recently had an issue with his eyes and I messaged the emergency number outside of office hours and Dr. Westbrook immediately responded. She and her staff went out of their way to make sure that my baby was taken care of properly. VERY RUDE! They lied to me about treatment they supposedly gave my cat. Said they gave her a shot and a pill. Then they told me they only gave her a shot because a pill doesn’t exist. Worse customer service I’ve ever had from ANY BUSINESS!!

I’m very sorry you were dissatisfied. In checking your record, we did the very best we could do given the financial constraints both times we saw your cat. We made it more comfortable with an injection for the itching, but please recall that you declined the flea medication and said you’d be back to get Advantage Multi both times. My parents have taken our dogs to this clinic for almost 8 years and we have always had great experiences. We always board our dogs there when we go on vacation and every time, the dogs are excited to return to the clinic. I recently took my kitten in to get spayed and declawed, and she hasn’t had any issues at all. The staff was also very helpful and efficient. I recommend Self Creek Vet Clinic to everyone with pets!
We have been using Dr Westbrook since we moved here in 2012. We have always had great service at an honest price. Our pets absolutely love it there and we use them to watch our pets when we go out of town. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to take great care of their pets!
Horrible clinic. Unprofessional. Rude. The worst vet experience I’ve ever had. My fur baby went in for a simple declawing procedure and should’ve been back that same night. Instead they kept him for 4 days, didn’t give us any pain medicine, didn’t bandage his feet, and when we got home and took him out the carrier he was already bleeding. So we took him to another vet just to find out that they cut his toe pads and left his nerves completely uncovered. Thank you Dr. Westbrook for helping take the time on your Saturday afternoon (almost evening) to come stitch up my filly’s leg! Your advice was so helpful and your words were very encouraging. You took the time to call me, look at pics over the phone, and then come in person to assess the wound. All of which was very helpful for this worried horse mama.
