They have a weird and shady practice. My credit card expired and i forgot to update my information. Instead of calling me or emailing me of my payments being denied they just put a lock on my unit. Storage units are obviously for long term storage so i find it weird and unusual that business practice for them is to just lock the unit and hope that the tenants come back at some point and see the lock. Very nice to store your stuff, but if you pay the full amount for the month and you take you stuff earlier no refund which is very bad.
