This is twice now they have red locked my storage unit and tried to tell me I didnt have a personal lock when my personal lock has never been removed, and they keep refusing to give me access to my storage unit claiming company policies when they took my access from me under false pretenses and then give me the run around to get their lock removed so I could get access again. I've been fighting them for 3 weeks now, I will more than likely be switching to a different storage unit this next week and I'll never rent from this ... read more

I had my storage unit for 3 years. All of my things were basically out of a time capsule when I emptied it. Everything was in perfect condition, free of damage, just as it was when I put it in there. We stacked our furniture on pallets to be safe, but no water ever got in there. Payments were easy to maintain, but difficult to cancel. There is no one watching the grounds, so there is a potential for theft, but we used an industrial style lock and had no issues. I’m satisfied with the service we received.

They have a weird and shady practice. My credit card expired and i forgot to update my information. Instead of calling me or emailing me of my payments being denied they just put a lock on my unit. Storage units are obviously for long term storage so i find it weird and unusual that business practice for them is to just lock the unit and hope that the tenants come back at some point and see the lock.
