I had my storage unit for 3 years. All of my things were basically out of a time capsule when I emptied it. Everything was in perfect condition, free of damage, just as it was when I put it in there. We stacked our furniture on pallets to be safe, but no water ever got in there. Payments were easy to maintain, but difficult to cancel. There is no one watching the grounds, so there is a potential for theft, but we used an industrial style lock and had no issues. I’m satisfied with the service we received.

They have a weird and shady practice. My credit card expired and i forgot to update my information. Instead of calling me or emailing me of my payments being denied they just put a lock on my unit. Storage units are obviously for long term storage so i find it weird and unusual that business practice for them is to just lock the unit and hope that the tenants come back at some point and see the lock. Most places call or send an email. My real question is…how long would they wait before cutting the lock and selling my stuff a... read more
