I HIGHLY discourage anyone to attend this studio at ALL COSTS for their own physical safety. I took two classes with Jenna last January that left me permanently disabled. I have fibromyalgia and the instructor focused both hour long intro/level 1 classes entirely on split/bracket grip with no other instruction or combination to supplement for the class. The most incredible thing about Nico is that somehow a group of girls who NEVER tried pole before felt naturally sexy, bold, and willing to try new moves. I usually feel goofy trying something involving dancing, but Nico gave me confidence. ANYONE could try this class and have a fun time. Nico is a NATURAL teacher and she drips effortless excellence in this craft. I can’t WAIT to come again!!!
I recently took a pole dance class here and had such an amazing experience! Nico was incredibly supportive, encouraging, and made me feel comfortable right away, even as a beginner. The environment was welcoming and empowering, and I left feeling so confident and proud of myself. I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it this much!
This place is an absolute gem and I drive about 40 minutes to get here. Worth every minute and mile since this studio is unlike others! Incredible instructors and really supportive environment and community.
