We offer a large variety of classes for every woman, regardless of her experience and ability. We also offer co-ed classes multiple times per week because Pole Fitness, Dance, and Yoga have no gender. Our mission is to help you fall in love with your fitness, build your confidence, and feel strong, sexy, and empowered!

After going to Selenite since 2022 I am so disappointed to change my high review to a low one. I have witnessed the owner of Selenite display increasingly problematic and harmful behavior in the last 2-4 months, including a mirage of microagressions to POC, becoming extremely defensive in response to feedback from the community, and stonewalling/making feedback opportunities inaccessible for disabled folks. I love Selenite! The community is so welcoming and supportive of one another, and instructors are great and invested in their students.
These Lyra classes are so fun and motivating! Great to learn sequences in a positive and patient environment. The energy is uplifting, everyone I’ve met in class is nice and Charmagne, the instructor is amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back!
All of the classes I have taken here have been wonderful - everyone is so kind and supportive, and the classes are so fun! I am constantly amazed at what a human body can do!
