Over two hour wait to be picked back up from appointment. Entire trip extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend this company at all.
Initial trip was fine. Driver pleasant vehicle adequate. You have to call for return trip. Office personnel leave at 3:00 so your call will be re-routed if you call after that. When requesting return was informed it would be forty minutes before they could be there. Told them the office had closed and we were outside in January. Was put on hold and then told “The driver will be about an hour or so.” When I asked why the wait time had actually INCREASED I was informed “you’ll have to take it up with them”. Your driver is on his phone on the highway. Please people do not use them they do not value your loved ones safety.
I am in one of the vans now, Care Source was set up with this company to take my mother and I to OSU today, the owner called last night to let us know that he will be here at 10am to pick up the both of us... At 9am I was the only one that was able to go because there was 2 other people already in the van... I am going to be 3 hours early for an appointment I definitely will be asking for another company for now on
Dedicated, caring nurses and home health aides. Transportation vehicles are well kept, clean, I never feel concerned that I won't get to my destination
