Bad customer service. Made Bonnie aware of my situation (being laid off from a job and looking and eventually finding a new one) and made her aware of amount I would be paying in advance, which would only be partial since my check was literally just enough to make the payment. I had cars with them for 2 years 1st car Honda had car less than a week returned the car told them it was a problem with the roter after paying 1100 dollar deposit an having the car less than a week KEN said i will go in half with fixing it even after I had less than a week..... second Honda transmission went out I advise NO ONE to get a car here my payments was 180 every 2 weeks (360 a month) plus full coverage with was another 180 a month insurance for a 2003 Honda Accord... They gave us a 2002 Honda Civic only had it for a month didn’t wat to fix it but long as he got that payment it was cool car was running hot I had to put new breaks on it in less than two days they didn’t know the mileage she sucks as a person cause how u gone sell cars and don’t know nothing about them so u sold me some trash and I left that Shyt trashy but I was cool cause wat you call a car is what I’m in but thank y’all for y’all shity service I would recommend nobody to y’all I think y’all should be shut down
