Select Health needs to work on customer service. My claim was submitted for a medical device and I was told it would take 30 to get an approval. I have coverage and on day 30 the claim was denied. My doctor's office called and confirmed the coverage. Select Health admitted there was a mistake but instead of fixing the mistake, they asked my doctor's office to resubmit the claim.
