They don't even deserve the 1star required to post BUT since it is required I give it to most of the associates I have dealt with. I have only had 1 representative that confirmed she needs A LOT of training in compassion and empathy but as a whole this company is ALL about the money, they hold the consumer responsible for their mistakes and say you can file and appeal.
