Just hit me with an $800 bill on the first of the year - approximately 50 times what I normally pay. Can’t wait to dispute the claim and switch providers.

Told by two different reps that my procedure would be covered because of family history via grandparents. Got procedure done, bill of over $10,000 and appealed the bill… told sorry, only covered if your mother or father has condition not grandparents.
