Was very helpful during a time when our business and several other homes lost power due to the freezing temperatures. This was back in 2022. Once the power was restored, the furnace would not turn back on due to a bad heat exchanger. The part was 2 weeks out as we contacted several other local HVAC shops The owner of select temp offered me a temporary fix to help us through the harsh winter. I was very thankful and believe he was the original installer of our roof top unit.

I had them install a new A/C unit. That went well. I told him I would pay him the balance in 15 days if I received an invoice with the balance amount. I never got an invoice in the mail. Instead he showed up at my door with an invoice in hand and demanded payment. He told me he mailed me an invoice a week earlier. The invoice he handed me was dated one day before. Not good business practice to lie and swear at a good customer.

Was extremely rude. Asked if he puts in already purchased furnace and he told me to find somebody else to put it in and hung up. Y’all wonder why you have bad ratings
