Love it
I have been a customer for awhile. I went in to talk about an upgrade to Jacqueline but she is no longer there. I stayed with this company bc of her great customer service. I will be switching phone companies now bc no one else seems to know what they are doing. Seems like they have had little training to no training, or get their training from YouTube videos and have poor customer service skills. I would not take any device I own to them now since Jacqueline is gone. So sad when the good employees that you trust leave.
I was walking through the mall and noticed this phone store and decided to walk in and see what they were about. Just out of pure curiosity honestly. I had no idea what selectel was but after speaking to one of the sales reps there I couldn’t believe the great prices they offered. I’ve been with straight talk for many years and if you’re like me you know the frustrations that come with it!
