My phone wouldn't turn on was having issues so I called up to this place and Denise was able to walk me through some steps and got it back on she was a big help for me my phone has never done that before it was an issue that I couldn't solve myself I know people probably think well why don't you push the certain buttons to turn it back on but it was not that kind of issue so good job Denise thank you so much keep up the good work!
