By far one of the worst realtor's I've dealt with in 20 years. His name is Louis D., made contact up until I paid the $49 fee and ran my credit. After that it was me calling and texting him with no answer, if he ever called back. Every unit I wanted to look at his reason was the owner wanted to see an unreasonable amount of $ money earned. He stated he'd send me my credit report, I have yet to see it. Do yourself a favor and find a better realtor, realty company!
