Selectacare was the first — and only — place I contacted when we needed short-term care. From my very first conversation with Greg, I knew there was no need to look elsewhere. He was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, and that level of care carried through the entire experience. Both Belle and Merry Jean were absolutely lovely. Greg and his staff are very professional and very compassionate. My mom required their services for a sitter at St. Michael’s Hospital, both Flortia and Jihan were caring and provided amazing care. We were very comfortable with them watching my mother overnight. Definitely would recommend Selectacare shall you require their services.
I had a wonderful experience with this Selectacare agency. They responded very quickly, were professional, and extremely kind from the very first contact. PSW Rocelle came to help. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. She handled my friend with great care and understanding, and made a real difference in her comfort. It is a huge comfort knowing that I can call Selectacare and get support whenever it is needed. Everyone at Selectacare goes above and beyond whether in an emergency situation or to help us book PSWs for specific dates and times. Truly cannot say enough about the professionalism, client care and quality of their service providers.
I needed a PSW to stay with my mother weekly while she was recovering from knee surgery. Greg and Jennyfer made the whole process so easy and were able to set up support super quick.
