Very rude and horrible customer service from owner and driver , Will never use again. Poor service and even worse equipment
By far the worst experience dealing with a tow company. I Had to get my truck towed because of a bad key chip. I had just bought the truck not even a month before this but had a recall on the key. The Dealership fixed it for free of course. But, I Got it back from dealership and my truck was covered in mud, the bumper was all scratched up and dented from this tow truck company. Dan the Man saved the day!!! He was so nice and helpful. He showed up in no time and got everything fixed in a hurry!! Dan took the time to give my daughter some safety tips and discussed the proper way to merge back on to the hi-way safely and waited for us to get on down the road to make sure we didn't have any further troubles!! He is very appreciated!!
