We walked in at 11:45 am on 7/31. An elderly lady was checking in, in front of us. The front desk lady was so rude, we had to leave before I yelled at her and made her feel an inch tall. This poor lady had cut herself and the front desk girl had no customer service skills, compassion or empathy. Because of that front desk girl, I will never use this company and bad mouth it to whomever will listen. I wish I would have recorded it so I could blast her on social media.
Fantastic caring facility. Opened at 9am on the nose, checked me in expeditiously, & were very polite & courteous. The care received was the best.
In and out in 20 mins! What are at place! Everyone is very nice and extremely helpful!
