I urge you to avoid this Title Company. They work with the real estate company next door. Horrible experience from beginning to end. They gave us the Closing Package to review a day before the Closing, and it was filled with mistakes that needed to be corrected (the corrections were eventually made, hours before Closing). It was like we were dealing with an incompetent person that had no experience assembling a Closing package! The Closing agent was rude and refused to answer simple questions.
