RecommendedI've worked with Sarah Lundy & Breanna Carr formy knee & pelvic floor & they're both amazing! They are personable & listen well to what I need. Also, everytime I go in to the Baxter location I always have fun talking to Dana. Best Physical Therapy experience ever & I've been through quite a bit.
I was told in advance of my services by Select Therapy that I would not be responsible for any payment, that it is 100% covered by insurance. Only after I received my 6 sessions, months later, did I receive a bill. I than spoke to their billing office and had a VERY rude individual, who repeated talked over me, make many condescending remarks. She repeatedly said "I am happy to take your payment". I had my first session in Pine River today! Amazing staff! I highly recommend them!
The IGH team is absolutely the BEST! My husband saw Jon for two knee replacements and a shoulder rebuild, and I was there after hand surgery. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff is very professional, yet make each visit fun. Thank you Select Therapy!!!!
