Definitely not recommended, worse service ever, always late, not communication between staff, so you have to told everyone about anything because they don’t know, or because they haven’t check your records.

Worst place. Smelled like urine. They don’t care for the patience. My brother had to text me to bring him a nail clipper. They never washed his body, the most basic wiping of hands and body wasn’t done. Horrible nurses. Very mean and unhelpful. Worst place to have your love one for hospices.

Select Specialty Hospital in San Diego is an excellent facility that provides great care to all patients! I was lucky enough to shadow with the rehab team who have all taught me so much in becoming a future clinician!

Kelly my speech therapist does the best job explaining the whys and the what’s of my therapy and giving me and update on what’s happening to me. Enjoying my care here!

Do not go here!! Brother was transferred there and he fell! Negligence in their part.. no answers just trying to cover up their mistake. Won’t give me none of the reports!! No answers!! Also staff so rude! Supervisor is rude and doesn’t even have answers as to what happened. Like other post says, this place is creepy especially one of the nurses gives me the creeps! Supervisor just said, “he doesn’t want to say anything cause he doesn’t want to get his staff in trouble”!!! They refused to give me their incident report! Cover... read more
