My father went to Select in Oct 2021 after major surgery. He was at Select about 3weeks. Upon arriving he able to walk the hall, sit in a chair for 6-8 hours a day, and complete what was asked of him in physical therapy. When he left he had declined so badly that he wasn’t walking and could barely hold his own to pivot from bed to chair. By this time we were lucky if he was in chair for 1 hour a day.
