In order to leave this review I was forced to give a 1 star rating. They actually deserve less than nothing. This place is an utter disgrace. Please heed my warning when I tell you to please find an alternative for your loved one. From upper management (especially) to clinicians, regular staff, and administration, they were ALL beyond disappointing and disgusting. They ignored the symptoms of sepsis in my mother when her feeding tube dislodged and it cost us her life. I was informed by one member of the care team that they accidentally gave her too much of one drug as well. Avoid at all costs.
