My loved one just passed away at select. Don’t let this place fool you. Equipment is janky. All the big chairs that they slide patients in are always broken. IV pumps are always going off and breaking. They were always replacing during my visit. Some of the nurses are great but some are bad. Majority of the staff were nice people. Many of the employees look overworked. I use to hear them in the hallway complain about management all the time. Not a good thing to hear as a patient’s family member. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and its staff. My grandmother was admitted on a ventilator after seven months, extremely fragile and with very complex medical needs. From the very first day, we felt she was in safe, caring, and highly skilled hands. 💕 The nurses, respiratory therapists, and physicians have been consistently attentive, gentle, and patient with her.
