I cannot say enough good things about this facility and its staff. My grandmother was admitted on a ventilator after seven months, extremely fragile and with very complex medical needs. My family member has been there a whole week and I haven't spoken to 1 single doctor. I can barely get his nurses at times. I'm a disabled senior also with health issues. The 1st time he was there the doctors kept in contact. Truly disappointinting.
The majority of the staff is one of the most compassionate group of people I have encountered during my hospital journey. I was admitted for extreme wound care and the nursing team have been hands-on every step of the way to ensure that they find the correct equipment to make the progress of the healing as fast as possible.
