UPDATE: My dad got CANDIDA AURES from his stay there. He was tested for it immediately upon entering the next facility. Now he stuck in a home on strict isolation which is severely affecting his mental health Some of the staff was truly amazing but I had one in particular that pinched my dad's ear trying to put one of his monitors on causing my dad significant pain and when I told her she was doing it she continued to do it then was trying to untangle cords on the thing that held the bags of food and stuff and rammed it into... read more
Some of the staff was truly amazing but I had one in particular that pinched my dad's ear trying to put one of his monitors on causing my dad significant pain and when I told her she was doing it she continued to do it then was trying to untangle cords on the thing that held the bags of food and stuff and rammed it into the bed 4 times before finally getting help from another person with it.. they very seldom gave me updates about anything and even removed his trach without informing they were doing so. Family member was sent here and received hardly any therapy at all. Lot of bad attitude from nurses and literally waited more than 30 minutes as the call light was on while nurses stood at desk showing each other their phones and tossing rubber bands at one another
