Get directionsalso my mom Sharon was able to get out of her restrains and fall out of bed, the staff apparently didn't pay attention to her bed alarm, she was bed ridden for over a month at this point.
My mother Sharon was placed here in November 2024, some of the staff were nice but most times she was left to sit in her own waste, she had a tractotomy and she was restrained and unable to use the call button because of this she developed a bed sore and the nurses and CNA's were not gentle when cleaning her up, she would cry because it hurt so much.
