Check honest Yelp Reviews. My reverse osmosis works fine but system for entire house is a sham; it does not purify or soften. I still have calcium build up and tons of contaminants in water. Customer service is a scam. I have been blocked by their supervisor and main office number in Beaumont. Service calls have been scheduled but no one shows up. Currently in the process of pursuing legal support to remove system and void remainder of loan on equipment. I would hate for someone else to be in this same situation.
We bought the water system on Monday by Tuesday is was not working, tried to call from 9am-5pm from Tuesday-Thursday got a recorded message stating I was calling after hours, with no answer no call back, reached out to the sales person Rory who continuously pushed ignore on my phone calls finally spoke to a very nice lady Rosa who tried her best.
