I have been highly frustrated by my experience with Select Source Water. After the sales person took my money, he sent someone out to install the new system. My water was no different and so I called customer service. A supervisor came out immediately and said the wrong equipment had been installed. I have called repeatedly to have someone come install the correct equipment or give me my money back and remove the equipment that does not work. Update: (09/30/26) Finally someone came to our house to change the water tank and it was not the customer service who called to set up appt (worst customer service ever), it was by accident that this person called saying he is infront of our house to install the equipment, talked to him and found out he is in LA to do installation on a house 5hrs away from me but on his chart he has my number. Anyway to cut the long story short he scheduled himself to drive 5hrs a week after and did the work in our house, he saw all my call ... read more
I am extremely disappointed with this company, especially their salesman, Rory Bellah. I have received no response, no respect, and no meaningful customer service. They promised to come and cover my tank, but they never showed up. It has now been over a year, and despite my attempts to get a response, nothing has been done. I feel that I made a mistake choosing them, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
The installers were perfessional and very knowledgeable when it came to the equipment they installed. The finished product was exactly what what we expected.
