I was initially impressed with the system and the noticeable improvement in water quality after installation. However, my experience with their service department has been extremely disappointing. An independent inspector later informed me that the system was not installed up to code, specifically noting the absence of an air gap. When I contacted the company, they acknowledged that this should have been installed, so we arranged for a service appointment to correct the issue. The salesman/water tester was over an hour late, arrived when I was cooking. He should have rescheduled, but made no apologies or offer to reschedule. I have no idea what the water test results were and the price was way too expensive. It was a very bad experience and I would never deal with this company.
