Looks like I'm not the only one with issues for this company. They kept coming to sell us the filter. Showed us our water. We got it. they came promptly to get it installed and then suddenly they're impossible to reach. The filters stopped working within a month. it's now 2 and a half month later without it working. Sales dude is Martin. he was supposed to come test the water a week after installation. he finally answered a month later. came and test and water failed the test. Having to go back and change my review... I got hooked up with Select Source Water when my wife and I visited Home Depot in Tracy, CA. We were actually needing a whole home water purification system, and they seemed very reputable. We had them come to our new construction home and talk about their offering. Totally fine for us, and we scheduled for installation on 12/27/2025. Josh came out to my house to check out the faucet that distribute the refined water. I had some repair done to my main faucet.. Josh was beyond professional.. beyond respectful. He removed his shoes to keep my floors clean.. Josh explained even step to get filtered faucet working. The staff at Select Source Water are the best... This is a great company with great people..
