If I could give 0 stars I would. We trusted Joe and we used him to buy our house and had a good experience. When we went to sell it we wanted to be loyal and use Joe again. We ended up walking away from settlement $13k less then what we agreed too and signed off on. We were not at settlement because we signed all paper work prior and we trusted Joe to finish the deal as it was a snowy January when we moved and we kept on having to put off getting moving trucks because the in-climate weather.
