I've given this place so many tries! It is conveniently located at the bottom of my workplace, however I am disappointed OVER and OVER again. There are so many options within a short walk of this place, there really should be no reason to go here (other than sheer laziness). I feel awful for the employees here, they barely speak English and are constantly micro managed by some woman who claims to be the owner/manager. This is not a grilled cheese sandwich. It was literally cold cheese slapped between 2 pieces of cold bread. No grilling going on here whatsoever. How can you screw up something so simple.
