We had a new decorative bay installed after the original copper bay would not stop leaking. The black steel bay looks so great on the house and we have not had any water come in since. Todd was very pleasurable to work with, easy to get in touch with and spent his time making sure everything was perfect. I will be hiring him again for any other roofing needs.
Todd and his team did a great job with my roof repair. He was able to find the cause of mold in my attic and provided photos and a detailed quote of all the roof issues he found. The repair was done quickly with photos of the completed work at the end. Thank you for making this such a smooth and easy process!
Todd comes highly recommended and we understand why. He is rare and unique person especially in todays crazy world. On Tuesday April 2,2025 water was dripping from the smoke detector in my middle bedroom. I first tried contacting a couple of roofers in Shelby Township but they didn’t do emergency repairs. Then I found Select Renovations and Todd said someone would be out within 15 minutes. Henry showed up and placed a tarp over the damaged area of my roof. My experience with Select Renovations (Todd & team) has been nothing less than perfect. I have been experiencing water intrusion concerns in various areas of my home but the issue never stayed consistent. I had other contractors perform "repairs" which did not fix the issue.
