Dont look to them to be honest...payroll dept will not take responsibility for a costly mistake. Look elsewhere for a company to value their employees. Wouldn't work for them again

Madison Wisconsin location. Horrible. Improper care for patients, not checking on patients for hours. Failed to schedule post surgical appointments. Family membets had to request patients bedding to be changed, rude, under trained/ lazy staff. The environment lacks nurturing and care for patients and Repeatedly made complaints to administration, which resulted in temporary corrected behavior, only to result in new concerns. My review isn't about working for Select, but about their charges and billing. My insurance stopped paying so I have to pay on my own to a company who has been seeing me for weeks. In order to continue, they stated they would have to charge me an evaluation fee and have an evaluator come in and evaluate me, even though I had been seen by their therapist for weeks, up and through that afternoon! Find someone else. These people rip you off.

They use you as decoy to start therapies for ALF. They will pay you well. Give very little training for Management position, and blame you when the contracts fail. They do not care about the Therapist, just the bottom dollar. Therapists you are worth more than this Co.
