Select reality advisors is horrible. Select Reality Advisors ( Select Investment properties ) is terrible agency. Since their name was Cogan property management, they fail to do proper job as real state company . I suffered in great deal of finance because of their mistake. They fail to screen the proper tenants and lost tenants documents. I was not paid rent so many months. My property was damaged and stolen and never been fixed or paid.
