We moved from Ohio to Jacksonville and Clive Davidson was such a great person to work with. When we were ready to buy a house he came through and made the experience so easy. He gave us great advice on negotiating and we are so happy with the result. He’s the absolute best.

Steve is awesome, has been doing this a long time. Would recommend and I remain confident he can help guide you to a good resolution for any real estate problem, unique or otherwise. The prices of his services are half that of the market norm, which make it a no brainer. Especially if you do the math, it is not likely a regular agent that charges 2% commission more for services is going to get you 2% greater value for your house making it worth it to go with them over Select.
