Do not use this agency. You will literally pay for it over and over again. In addition to astronomical commission they in cahoots with their lawyer will want another $2500 in closing costs for a $50,000 mobile home. If you ask questions they will yell and tell you to walk away if you don’t like the deal. Nothing honest about this operation. And certainly no integrity to be found.

I am leaving 1 star because I did finally close on the house. The Realtor had zero idea what she was doing, we had to redo contract over 5x. They sent documents to sign for wrong listings. Other peoples contracts! The office staff, was rude, and impatient. Not a place you want to send money. They did not know the email to Venmo money for deposit. Upfront they say deposit goes toward closing, but it doesn’t. They refund part of it at closing, so whatever your closing g costs are it’s much more,

I told lisa i was turning off the water and electric two days later she told me they needed to be on for the closing then the new buyers had to turn it on. Lisa showed me the check and asked if it was correct i told her my last name was incorrect and she need to change it , when she showed up for the closing the chech still had the wrong name on it and she had to drive an hour to go have it changed. I dont know about the rest of the company but Lisa (the black lady ) doesnt know her butt from a hole in the ground . Bad exper... read more
