Quality Building – The quality of the building and the apartment itself I lived in was very good. And free bike!! _J
Do not use Select – Select is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with and will never deal with again. They tried to shave off $100 off of my security deposit for no reason! $100?!?! Why even try something like that for $100. Its not even worth it. The real estate agents are rude and inconsiderate and they do not care about you at all. There is a woman named L--- who is a complete witch. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

Inconsiderate, Worst Experience – I haven't rented an apartment with them, but the agents are rude and immature. After meeting them, I would never consider using this office for rentals. It seems like a place that prays on people who are new to Brooklyn who don't mind being ripped off--they acted like I was insane for looking for an apartment for under $2600-yup!
Most pathetic real estate company ever – I agree with the first review. I had/am having a horrible experience that I don?t wish on anyone- except maybe the management. The broker i used had a huge attitude problem, was totally immature, lied to my face on several occasions, and was an all around unpleasant person to deal with. Now that i have moved into the apartment i have yet to see my copy of the lease, my stove just broke, my windows won't fully close, and its damn cold at night and the heat won?t be turned on for a few ... read more
nicest, coolest, helpfull..est, agents ever!!! – I severely disagree with the first person who wrote a review, first of all they are a real estate agency. The agents have nothing to do with the apartments they rent to you. If you have a meanie of a landlord that's not their fault! They can't help you once you sign the papers! Worst real estate/leasing/management corporation EVER – I have never paid so much money in rent to be treated so horribly in return. These scumbags are slumlords that charge park avenue rents. They will never return your calls and emails for service. They will lie to your face about the apartment to get you into it. I have been living in mine for 3 months and have been requesting the SAME repairs be done the whole time. Their maintenance staff barge in with NO notice whatsoever and without a knock even.
