Never rent from these people. I rented for 4 years and they charged me 8,000 when evicting me. They also let strangers into my house without my permission to have free reign to take whatever they wanted. This company poorly managed the rental the entirety of the 4 years I spent there and in my opinion you'd be better on the street than dealing with these slumlord, unprofessional, crooks. I WILL be taking legal action.
This is the WORST property management I’ve ever rented from. They took over as my rental property and I was never notified until it was already said and done. I asked if my security deposit was transferred over from the previous company and they refused to answer that question I still to this day don’t know where that money is.
