I own property and rented it through Select Properties. They have given excellent service. The fees are reasonable. There are a few bad reviews but all repairs have to be approved by the owners, so that can probably cause a delay.
Extremely unwilling to work with you in any way when having difficult times. Find a different company to work with. Edit: I am sure, you guys evicted my mother and family after we reported various cracks/foundation issues in the house and requested the report from the contractor you sent out. Even though you accepted ERA money at the end of everything 🤔
They came in and fixed the things that needed to be fixed in such a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks for everything!
We've rented from Select for over 3 years now and have been very impressed with them. Helpful and personable support staff (thanks, Erik!), excellent and prompt maintenance vendors, and we've really loved our rental. We have recommended them to family and friends and would do so again.
