I want to shout out the whole team, and especially Tom. Everyone is always helpful to us with maintenance issues and they got our heat fixed immediately when it went out. We also had an issue with our electric and Tom came himself and fixed it for us. Always very friendly and helpful!!
I've been renting through select for a year and a half now, the first property I lived in was managed by Joy and I was happy with how she managed the property. I moved to a different property because of neighbor issues and switched property managers. Eric is my new property manager and has been lackluster at best. Have had several issues since moving in, probably because they moved in tenants before it was obviously ready for renters. No plumbing for 2 weeks, then no furnace for a week.
