I rented an apartment from them near brady street a few months ago, the apartment had a strange smell, cockroaches came out of the floor and the sink, the bathroom sink only had hot water and not cold, it had no ventilation system and the place was very old. I called to ask about a vacancy and it took a while to hear back from them. However, they did eventually reach out and are working with me for the date and rental I'm looking for. The prices also seem fair.
I called to ask about a vacancy and Michelle answered. She seemed irritated and didn't have time to answer my question so she gave me her email. She didn't email me after two weeks so I sent a message to the general website. No one has replied. It's disappointing to treat prospective tenants this way especially considering I was a reliable tenant in my last building for 10 years.
Great company to work with. Michelle made the entire rental process go smoothly and seamlessly. Definitely a property company I would recommend to family and friends.
Owner is very hands on, and Michelle is so friendly. Well-maintained properties.
