My roommate got into medical school and we were forced to cut the lease short. Mr. Gittlemen assisted heavily in finding a tenant to take over the lease. He was unbelievably punctual in request for fixtures. When. It came time to move out my self and our roommate did our darndest to clean the entire place, and while it didnt fully pass his inspection, he didnt go after our entire deposit.
